Business Strategy & Quality Policy
It is the policy of the S.C.A.M.P. Security Ltd to develop and implement a quality management system that meets the requirements of the National Security Inspectorate (NSI) Codes of Practices, the Quality Schedules SSQS101 & SSQS102 and ISO 9001.
It is our strategy to undertake the effective control of the following in accordance with current applicable British Standards and NSI codes of practice:
a) The design, installation and maintenance of Access Control, CCTV, Intruder & Fire Alarm systems
b) The Alarms Receiving Centre in which the handling of alarm signals are actioned
c) Static Site Guarding, Mobile Patrol Services & Keyholding and Response Services
The key to success in our competitive environment is to continually strive to increase customer satisfaction and to this end:
- This policy and our quality management systems will be effectively communicated to our staff and customers, which ensures that all employees are committed to meeting the regulatory, legal and environmental expectations of the industry.
- Measures are in place to ensure that the company will comply with applicable legal requirements and periodically evaluate compliance at management review.
- The company provides an environment to encourage employees at all levels to direct their abilities to the benefit of the organisation and their own personal satisfaction.
- Providing screened staff to BS7858 standards with suitable tools and training to allow them to carry out their duties as required.
- Measures are in place to ensure that our customers obtain a prompt service, which effectively satisfies their specific needs and indicates how well the company is performing. This includes contractual obligations such as routine maintenance, response times, false alarm statistics and complaint resolution criteria. Additionally, data is gathered and reviewed to determine success in continually satisfying the expectations of the customer.
- Management will keep abreast of technological changes and innovations that may be of benefit to existing markets and provide a direction to new business areas.
