S.C.A.M.P Security's Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) / Remote Video Receiving Centre (RVRC) is the hub of our operational activities and the key to our services.
Operating to BS5979, the multi role facility encompasses an ARC, RVRC, Technical Support Desk and Manned Guarding Control Room Facility.
Control Room - our BS7499 control room is the hub that co-ordinates our manned guarding and other sections. The duty supervisor is responsible for all sections of the company and ensuring that they all come together to provide the integrated service package. The control room staff are there 24 hours per day to take and implement your instructions whether it is a request for emergency patrols, a change to the scheduled open/lock service or whatever your requirements may be.
