Perimeter/External Detection Alarms

S.C.A.M.P Security are able to supply and install various types of perimeter detection systems such as redwall™ and redwide™ external Passive Infra Red detection as well as Active detection such as optical raysets which rely on a signal being sent from a transmitter head and received at a receiver head. Any interruption to the signal will result in an alarm condition.

False Alarm Conditions are minimized by the use of current models such as multi-element photobeam units and the rednet™ photobeam system which utilizes sixteen individual beams and gives comprehensive coverage.

A perimeter detection system is another stage in your security arsenal. An intruder alarm system will protect your building but only when intruders actually break in. With external and perimter detection, intruders are detected before they reach the building. This type of detection is particularly useful where the target of criminals might not be inside the building but stock inside a compound. Intruders would never normally activate your intruder alarm if the building is not the target but external detection allows you to expand your coverage to the extreme perimeter.
