Keyholding and Response - S.C.A.M.P Security operate a keyholding and patrol response service available to all S.C.A.M.P Security and third party alarm clients. The keys are securely held within our 24 hour control room until required and are issued under signature to be returned as soon as the incident is complete. Our coverage of the area means that we are able to quickly task an officer to your premises upon the receipt of an alarm condition. We are able to respond to many different types of alarm including Intruder, Fire, Personal Attack, Perimeter, CCTV etc. We will attend and a complete check will be carried out and the cause of the alarm condition ascertained where possible.

To comply with ACPO policy on police response to intruder alarms, 2 keyholders with 20 minutes travelling distance of the property must be provided. We can assist by acting as your first keyholder. We also remove the risk to your staff attending your premises in the middle of the night and remove all the hassle by dealing with the incident from start to finish arranging for alarm engineers, glaziers/boarding up, locksmiths etc as required. Even if you still wish to attend yourself, we can attend to carry out a preliminary external check and accompany you into the premises. We arrange for the system to be reset before we resume leaving your premises fully secure and the system armed. An officer's report slip will be left giving brief details of the incident and a complete report can be provided by fax or email either on request or by prior arrangement.
