A S.C.A.M.P Security maintenance contract provides regular preventative maintenance visits to your systems to identify any problems and keep everything working at peak efficiency. Just like the service on your car, our service engineers will carry out a full check on your system in an attempt to prevent any problems before they occur.

Of course, just like your car can breakdown after a service, faults sometimes occur on security systems too and that's why with a preventative maintenance contract in place, you also have access to our 24 hour on call duty engineering team to rapidly repair any faults that develop.

The number of maintenance visits you receive will depend on the type and grade of system but may range from a single annual maintenance visit (e.g. for an audible 'bells only' intruder alarm) to four visits per year (for a fire alarm).

You should note that it is a requirement for all systems to have a maintenance contract in place in order to qualify for police response. It may also be a requirement of your insurance that your security systems are covered by a maintenance contract. Other conditions may be applicable such as a a current certificate being held for your fire alarm system, especially where this covers an area open to the public.
