S.C.A.M.P Security's Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) / Remote Video Receiving
Centre (RVRC) is the hub of our operational activities and the key to our
services.
Operating to BS5979, the multi role facility encompasses an ARC, RVRC,
Technical Support Desk and Manned Guarding Control Room Facility.
Technical
Support Desk - We offer, via our ARC, technical support
on all S.C.A.M.P Security installations 24 hours per day. In
the event that our ARC staff are unable to assist directly,
they can contact an engineer for further advice or arrange
for an engineer visit if required.
We can also in some instances offer an engineer visit
to third party clients either where they are an existing S.C.A.M.P
Security client (e.g. a patrol service) or to all parties during
normal working hours Monday - Friday. Please note however that
although we will do our best to assist, we will not have the installer's
engineering codes unless these are the default codes and may not
be able to provide the same service that your installer can.
