Time Schedule
Monitoring - S.C.A.M.P Security are able to monitor
a time schedule associated with your premises to ensure that
a given condition takes place within a certain time. In most
cases we will first attempt to contact the premises and verify
the identity of any person on site. Different time schedules
can be entered for different areas on your alarm system so,
for example, we can still ensure your offices are closed even
though your factory staff are working through the night. Whatever
the alert, we will take the action you require whether it is
telephoning the premise, informing a keyholder, attending to
investigate etc
You want to ensure that your staff have opened up on time therefore
we will program a Late to Open facility. In the event that your
alarm system has not been disarmed by an agreed time, we will be
alerted and will alert a nominated keyholder to the fact.
You want to ensure that your system has been correctly armed on
a night time therefore we will program a Late to Close facility.
In the event that your alarm system has not been armed by an agreed
time, we will be alerted and will alert a nominated keyholder to
the fact (in practice this often involves S.C.A.M.P Security's
mobile patrol response service attending to arm your system).
You want to ensure that your system is not being opened out of
hours when staff shouldn't be in attendance therefore we will program
an Entry Alarm facility. In the event that your alarm system is
disarmed outside of the agreed time parameters, we will be alerted
and will alert a nominated keyholder to the fact (this may involve
S.C.A.M.P Security's mobile patrol service attending to investigate
further).
You want to ensure that your staff are not leaving early and closing
the premises during trading hours therefore we will program a Close
Early facility. In the event that your alarm system is armed outside of the normal schedule, we will be alerted. Often the action taken
in such an event would be to forward you an incident report such
as by email although we will inform a keyholder/take other action
if you require this.
A further advantage of a time schedule is that we know when to
expect your premises to open and close therefore this assists us
in filtering false alarm conditions associated with user error
when entering or leaving the premises.
